Collar Free shipments aren't just plastic bags or boxes, they are packages. Your order will arrive in a 100% canvas draw string bag that you can reuse for carrying items to the beach, storing postcards, or keeping change. We really don't know all the uses yet, but please recycle!

Included will also be a story about the designer who produced your shirt. Please let these designers know how much you like their shirt. Our designers are the reason we have a great company and produce great products!

Domestic Shipping Fees

Do you hate going to a website and looking for a cool shirt for $28 and then when you check out a shipping charge of $4.95 was added on for regular shipping? Us too! So we have partnered with the United States Postal Service to provide free First Class Shipping. Once you place your order it will take about 5-7 business days to receive your shirt. A few days, saves you a few dollars!

We will be adding UPS ground, 2-day, and overnight here shortly, just in case you need your shirt quickly for a gift or hot date. For now if you need a rush order, email jimmyandpat@collarfree.com.

International Shipping Fees

Yes! We do offer international shipping. We have designers that submit designs from all over the world and we want anyone in the world to be able to get our shirts. We will be adding UPS ground, 2-day, and overnight here shortly, but for now we offer first class shipping. Please allow about 2 weeks. For now if you need a rush order, email jimmyandpat@collarfree.com.

Canada: $5
All Other Countries: $12

Returns

We believe 100% in all of our products and hope you are only returning the shirt because it was the wrong size. If not, please make sure you give us feedback so we can stay as one of your favorite companies.

All shirts can be returned 30 days from the date of purchase and must be unworn and unwashed. If possible, please reuse the bag we shipped your shirt in. It is 100% canvas and we hope reusable preventing waste for our environment. Just tape your address on one side and take it to the post office. We will refund your shipping charge if we sent the wrong size or style. Just let us know.

Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format. We also don't store your credit card information and erase it once your purchase is completed.
